Filtering: Homebrew Blacklists

• First round of "spam filters": internal blacklists, maintained by in-house admin staff

• Match addresses, and delete those from known spammers

• Later, match "bad words" (Viagra, porn)

• Quite hard to configure; centralised; lots of work to keep up to date
